B2B Business Sign-Up Terms and Conditions

1.Business Eligibility

The person completing registration must be legally authorised to represent the Business Entity. The Business Entity must provide information that is accurate, current and complete and must maintain all licences, registrations and approvals required for its activities.

• Provide accurate legal and commercial information.
• Provide supporting documents reasonably requested for verification, compliance, fraud prevention or security.
• Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
• Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

2.Business Registration Information

Depending on the services requested, Verified Brands may request company name, registration details, trade or business licence information, website, contact details, ownership information, business description, products or services, and other supporting information.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and documents provided and that they are not knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained.

3.Authority and Representation

By registering a Business Account, you represent that you are authorised to bind or represent the relevant Business Entity for the purpose of registration and use of the Platform. If you are not authorised, you must not create, claim or manage the Business Profile on behalf of that entity.

4.Business Profile

Registration may create or allow you to claim a Business Profile. A Business Profile may contain company details, logo, registration information, licences, website, contact details, products and services, business description, verification status, reviews, ratings and advertisements.

The Business Entity remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of information submitted to or displayed through its profile.

5.Verification

Verified Brands may conduct an internal verification process using company registration documents, licences, corporate records, website information, contact details, ownership information and other supporting information. Verification is an internal Platform process only. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, government approval, regulatory authorisation or guarantee of the Business Entity, its financial position, legal or regulatory compliance, products, services, performance, customer satisfaction or absence of fraud.

6.Approval and Platform Discretion

Submission of a registration request does not guarantee approval, verification, publication, advertising access, lead generation or any other Platform service. Verified Brands may request further information, reject or delay registration, restrict features, or decline to publish information where reasonably necessary for compliance, security, quality or Platform integrity.

7.Account Security

The Business Entity is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities conducted through its account. Suspected unauthorised access or compromise must be reported promptly.

8.Acceptance of Common Terms

Upon successful registration, the Business User agrees that the Common Platform & Legal Terms form part of the contractual terms governing continued use of the Platform. Where applicable, separate advertising, subscription, verification or commercial service terms may also apply.

9.No Consumer Payment Collection

Verified Brands does not collect, hold, receive, process or settle consumer payments for transactions between Users and Business Entities unless expressly agreed under a separate written arrangement. The Business Entity remains responsible for its own payments, invoices, refunds, delivery, warranties, taxes and applicable consumer obligations.

10.Regulated Businesses and Financial Services

Businesses operating in financial services, investment, Forex, CFDs, leveraged trading, lending, insurance, cryptocurrency, digital assets or other regulated industries must maintain all licences, registrations, approvals and authorisations required by applicable law.

Where a Business Entity advertises or promotes Forex, CFDs or leveraged financial products through the Platform, the Business Entity is responsible for ensuring that its advertisements, risk warnings, disclosures and promotional materials comply with all applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

Verified Brands' verification process does not constitute regulatory approval, authorisation, endorsement, recommendation or certification of the Business Entity or its financial products or services.

Verified Brands does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee the safety, legality, profitability, suitability or performance of any financial product or service.

Where applicable, the Business Entity must clearly disclose the risks associated with its financial products and services and must provide any legally required risk warnings and regulatory disclosures.

11.Prohibited Registration Conduct

• Registering or claiming a business without authority.
• Providing false, misleading, fraudulent or materially incomplete information.
• Impersonating another business or person.
• Submitting documents or information that infringe third-party rights.
• Attempting to bypass legal, regulatory, security or verification requirements.
• Creating accounts for fraudulent, unlawful or deceptive purposes.

12.Suspension or Refusal

Verified Brands may refuse, suspend, restrict or terminate a registration or Business Account where it reasonably believes that information is false, authority is lacking, fraud or unlawful activity is involved, required licences are absent, or continued access creates security, compliance or Platform-integrity risks.

13.Data and Privacy

Business registration information may be processed for account creation, verification, security, fraud prevention, compliance, Platform operation and related legitimate purposes in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and law.

14.Intellectual Property

The Business Entity retains ownership of intellectual property it lawfully submits. By submitting content, it grants Verified Brands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute and use that content for operating, maintaining, promoting and improving the Platform, subject to applicable law.

15.Incorporation of Common Platform & Legal Terms

The Common Platform & Legal Terms incorporated by reference address, among other matters, advertising, leads, reviews, third-party transactions, intellectual property, fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, suspension and termination, governing law, disputes and changes to terms.

16.Governing Law and Disputes

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication and reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the governing law and competent courts will be determined in accordance with the Common Platform & Legal Terms and applicable mandatory law.

17.Changes

Verified Brands may update these B2B Sign-Up Terms from time to time. Updated terms may be published on the Platform or communicated to Business Users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

18.Sign-Up Confirmation

By completing registration, the Business User confirms that the information supplied is accurate, that the Business User has authority to act for the Business Entity, and that the Business User has read and accepted these B2B Sign-Up Terms and the applicable Common Platform & Legal Terms.
